"We booked a same night stay and check-in was no problem. The villa is located up a windy large hill after you enter through the gate - that wasn't clear to us from the booking, so just so you know - keep going! What an amazing place - we loved walking around the grounds and it is so close to Verona - we drove in and parked for the Opera, no problem. It was a lovely stay - and breakfast options were plentiful."

"This is the perfect place to use as a base for day trips in northern Italy by car. It’s very quiet and clean with plenty of parking. It is an agricultural tourism motel which means it’s a large farm house with with a motel attached. The owners are a very nice couple with 2 young children, English is not there first language but the wife very helpful with anything I asked. I highly recommend it if you like peace and quiet."

However, we were there for 3 nights and they never even once serviced our room—-no emptying the trash cans, or making the bed (or changing the sheets). We only got clean towels because we had to ask. The family was friendly and professional They did extra mile and added value of my stay. I felt that I am in a 4stars hotel. Room and bathroom was very clean. "My family (6 adult, 1 18 yo, and 1 9 yo) stayed for 8 days on the property. The host Tommaso was amazing from our initial contact to reserve the Villa to the day of checkout. The Villa was clean and spacious and provided a central location for us to make day trips to Verona, Venice, Florence, and Lake Garda. "Ideal for getting away from it all (we went on honeymoon) tucked away from the crowds. Ideal for visiting Verona and Lake Garda and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. It has a lovely outdoor space for sitting in the sun or shade of the olive tree. My one suggestion for improvement would be better directions / labelling of the property as it took us ages to find. The other one would be it needs some tea towels! Thanks Serena for being a wonderful host."
