"Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, ruhige Panoramalage, schöner Pool, jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten schattig und sonnig. Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte...

No televisione,ma Wi-Fi presente Giardino recintato benissimo (quindi cani piccoli sicuri) Posizione: posto tranquillo e comodo x visitare Fano( mare) e località interesse culturali, come Urbino, San Marino... "Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist rustikal aber sehr gepflegt. Super Lage. Leider musste zwei mal der Techniker kommen weil die Elektrik nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist."

"A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"The property was pretty much as described. Not as colorful as the pictures showed, but was complete with furnishings. The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed. "Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei Sonia und Pietro sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Marken erkunden können und viel erlebt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub"

"Selten einen so tollen Urlaub gehabt!! Die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses waren super nett!! Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)"

"It's more than a room, it's your own apartment. It's a studio apartment without a kitchen. There are two beds, one queen and one single and a nice terrace that fits 3/4 people. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is PERFECT! You are within walking distance to both the historic center with dozens of restaurants and the beach! This place is a no brainer, location, super nice hosts and immaculately clean."

Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

Il casolare é conforme alla descrizione, per chi cerca una vacanza nella natura e nella quiete. I proprietari ci hanno consigliato un ottimo agriturismo nelle vicinanze per cene a base di prodotti locali."
