"Apartment just like on the pictures. Good size for 2 adults and 1 kids. 2 kids would be okay but no more than that. Not too much storage. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Appliances such hairdryer, raclette grill, fondue are available upon request at the front desk. Spa/jacuzzi is a plus. Red slopes is few feet from the lodging pretty frozen at 9am but that’s the only way if you don’t want to walk 6-7 min"

"Had not been informed that this is more of an apartment rental than a hotel, and arrived at 10pm to find reception had closed at 8pm- there had been no warning of any closing times! Fortunately our apartment had been left open for us, but there were no sheets on any of the beds! The keys were not left in the apartment and we had to put a table against the door on the first night! Having managed to get sheets & towels the next day, we had to make up our own beds and after a 2 night stay were also...

"On est allé pour faire de le ski, et nous avons une très belle expérience. Juste à côté des pistes (5 min à pied). La maison est correcte, au niveau d’espace et propreté. La piscine n’est pas trop grande, mais elle suffit pour un petit bain après le ski. On a trouvé le personnelle très attentif et gentil. "

"Super friendly staff - and valloire is a beautiful town! Didn’t realise it was not a regular hotel so making beds after a long flight was not really fun... 400euro deposit which we found expensive compared to other hotels during our euro trip... also took ages to come back to our card which took a chunk from our budget. Had to clean and vacuum the room after stay too... Great little unit but more like a holiday pet than a hotel... Staff made the stay worth while however !!! "

"The details of the hotel on Expedia were misleading when I booked.The details have been changed on Expedia since. A jacuzzi and swimming pool were advertised.No charge was mentioned for use of the jacuzzi. When I arrived I was told that the jacuzzi costs €6 per 20 minutes per person and must be booked in advance. Swimming pool and spa room are cold. "Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week. "

"Stayed for two nights in advance of riding L'Etape du Tour. Not too far from the start, but time consuming journey due to the winding mountain roads. The apartment was basic, but had everything you need. It wasn't somewhere that you would want to spend time in, but is perfect as a base if you are ski-ing or cycling or are due to spend you time out on activities. Beware of the limited opening times of receptions - which means you can't call the residence if you need directions etc., and also...

"The apartment block was a 10 min walk from the town which isn’t an issue if you like walking, bus came like clockwork every 30mins if we didn’t feel like walking. Apartment was clean and functional, I was worried it would be small to get all over us in but was grand 5 adults and 4 children. We used the swimming pool (normal temperature of a pool), steam room and sauna everyday which kept the kids entertained after skiing. I would definitely stay here again."
