Balcony. Boot dryer in ski closet. Private parking in the basement. Residence of 15 apartments, located 1.5 km from the shopping center of Valloire, on the heights of the family village resort. Possibility of reaching the Crêt de la Brive cable car on skis down a red slope. Ski bus shuttle in front of the residence only in winter. In summer, footpath to reach the village center.
