Very helpful staff, beautiful room, lots of breakfast options (and good coffee), about 20 minutes walk from the old town, very close to a big Coop supermarket. About €13-15 to/from the train station We really enjoyed our short stay.

Beautiful resort. Attentive Staff. Picturesque setting. Good Food. Overall - a great experience. The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. Umbria, Spoleto - country estate with pool up to 15 people in panoramic position
Property was not as listed on the site. No WiFi, towels and bed linens were not provided, cleanliness was subpar, and a cash payment was demanded upon arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were unclear.
