"Great house, clean interior, super fun outdoor activities. House is in a more isolated location, the privacy is very nice. Highlight of the trip was how cool the next door neighbor was. Cleaned up the volleyball court for us after a storm, took us out on his boat for a couple hours, and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Would absolutely come back here, overall awesome time."

"The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine."

"The house was beautiful. Nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue was trying to contact the owner to get check-in information. I had tried private messaging him on the app a couple days before check with no response. I contacted VRBO and they gave me his private number. I texted him and received a polite and thorough response rather quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, just the one little hiccup concerning check-in info"

"I stayed at this beautiful lake front property to view the 2024 eclipse with my family. My two children had the best time playing with the games upstairs and catching cat fish with their grandpa. It was wonderful and the views are amazing, great outdoor patio and pool area. Couldn’t have been happier."

"We have stayed in a few places in the little elm/lewisville lake area. Husband says this is by far his favorite. House is very clean, and has a nice large family room/kitchen space. Location is the best. Just minutes to the Cove water park, tinman social arcade/bowling, restaurants and shopping. Cristina/prop mgr provided all info promptly and clearly. Would definitely stay again!"

"We were very happy with the place. It is a great place to stay with kids because one bedroom is bunk beds. I have a couple of suggestions. Since we were arriving after dark, it would have been nice to have the porch light on. It was difficult to see the address in the dark. And it would be nice to have more light in the master bedroom. Everyone ended showering in the master bathroom because the shower head is stopped up."

"We had a great stay in Aubrey thanks to an attentive host and attention to details including well- stocked essentials (a nice surprise that many homes do not have!) and a great location for what we needed to do. "The Trottage at Lake Dallas was clean and neat. It had everything we needed to function away from home, including a full kitchen, 2 bed/2bath on opposite ends of the unit for privacy and a fully fenced yard. It is close to everything by car, and we will be back. Thank you to the owners for a great place to stay! We cleaned up very well before checking out, because it is such a nice space, we wanted to keep it that way."

"The house is in a great location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is new and nice. Access to the gym and pool at the clubhouse are a great perk! The kitchen has your very basic needs, just enough to get by. There were only 4 coffee mugs, 1 plastic cup and 1 glass. They could use a few more drinking glasses/cups. No bar stools, so seating only for 4 at the table. No extra towels, just enough for each person we had (4). Could use a few new pillows. The beds only had the pillows that...

"The property was exactly as advertised and offered plenty of space both inside and outside for our family dinners and cookouts. The provided linens and towels were perfect and having the washer/dryer on premises was a plus! We recommend the property highly!!"
