When I was booking the room it was written that room has air conditioning and when I arrived I asked about air condition. "Very, very convenient to the Munich train station, but the downside to that is that it attracts folks that loiter on the streets, smoking and hanging out. Didn't really feel unsafe, just a little icky once you were beyond the front of the hotel. "
