"Was pleasantly surprised by our room and properly. We were here for three days for a conference in Providence with bookends in NH, ME, CT, MA... this was clean, parking in front of the room was convenient, bed was comfortable and having the fridge/microwave for groceries was great. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall I was happy with our choice and would return for sure."

"The place was a far cry better than another national chain down the street. The HIE is in need of a sprucing up, but the staff was nice, the roof did not smell stale and the breakfast was most appreciated. Oh, and the parking was free and it's very close to PVD airport. We appreciated the fact that everything for the most part was clean."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. We dropped off Our rental car at the airport and were able to walk back to the hotel. They were very accommodating with loading our luggage and shuttling us to the airport in the wee hours of the morning with a grab and go breakfast bag. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were good as well. No complaints whatsoever! We will stay at this hotel when we come back for sure!"

"Our stay was very good. Other than external noise, some sirens, it was great. The gym, restaurant (Flemings), front desk staff and valet were all terrific. Friendly, attentive and informative. We walked to an event at the Amica Pavilion and the front desk gave us detailed, accurate instructions on how to get there. We will stay here again and recommend them highly."

"Hotel was good. Nothing overly special. Modified Starbucks in the lobby was nice for the morning. Layout/elevator situation is weird. Pretty sure there’s only one 1 in the entire hotel and you navigate a maze to get to your room on the other side…or so you think, because when you take the stairs back down, you end up around the corner from the lobby. Anyways. Beds aren’t super comfy, but the showers are prob the best I’ve had in a hotel. Good stay. Would stay again but try to get a first floor room"
