"Three adults stayed here to attend baseball games at Wichita State. Great location (though construction was happening in the neighborhood); considerate and friendly manager who lived right next door. The stay was comfortable and all was exactly as listed."

"The property was really nice in an area that is not so nice. We enjoyed the house very much but were not big on the noise from the street all day and night. Loved the upstairs deck and the downstairs covered patio. The amenities in the add say that this house is suitable for seniors and children. I wouldn’t recommend it due to the stairs plus no baby gates for very young children. The kitchen was very nice but the dishes left a lot to be desired. 3 dinner plates? Mismatched flatware and cups....

"3 king beds they were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay the house had everything needed for a comfy stay."

"This is a cute house in the wonderful college hill area. It was near everywhere we wanted to go while in town. Also close enough to downtown. There a nice workout room and great coffee and hot tea selection."
