"As a last-minute booking, I found the room itself to be clean. Additionally, the property was surprisingly quiet despite its location near the freeway exit. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The balcony needed cleaning, as we found a few spiders there. Additionally, I needed to use the laundry facilities during my stay for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately, the hotel had run out of coins, which made doing laundry difficult, though I managed to find a workaround."

"After I checked in found the room stinky and dirty. It was night so I lived with it. Found a kids shoe and crumbs under the chair. The next day they gave me a different room but would not discount my stay or refund something for giving me a cheaper room."
