Dating back to the era of the Knights of St John and later serving as
an English Navy laboratory barrack during World War II, the villa
beautifully combines historical charm with modern comforts. The
thoughtful transformation into a stylish holiday home preserves its
unique authenticity while offering contemporary luxury.

Enter through the marbled front doorway into an open, sky-lit hall
marked by arches and stairways that echo tales of centuries past. The
kitchen and dining area feature traditional wooden beams and expansive
bay windows that provide stunning views of the harbor and Sliema shore.
The fully-equipped kitchen ensures a delightful culinary experience.

The living area, furnished with neutral-colored sofas and armchairs,
merges smoothly with the honey-colored stone walls and contemporary
parquet flooring, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The sleeping quarters comprise four cozy bedrooms. Three are located on
the ground floor—two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one
with two single beds. Another bathroom with a shower enclosure is also
on this level. The upper floor hosts a charming bedroom with a double
bed and two single beds, showcasing stone arches that highlight its
historical essence, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an
en-suite bathroom.

The villa's crown jewel is its outdoor area, featuring a 6m x 4m pool
surrounded by decking and a 4-person Jacuzzi. An outdoor dining set for
ten and a gas BBQ invite you to enjoy alfresco dining under the stars,
surrounded by splendid views and a gentle sea breeze.

your doorstep. Additionally, a ferry line just a minute’s walk from the
villa allows easy access to the bustling city of Sliema.

The house is exactly located next to Valletta-Sliema ferry. Also the bus stop is up the road. For those opting to rent a car, parking is also possible next to the house, however, no reservation is possible. Parking is free on first come first served basis for all public.
