Es war alles sauber, allerdings roch man im Bad die Kanalisation, weil keine geeigneten Syphons verbaut sind. "We were amazed at the huge space in this property. It's all on one level which is perfect for young children and the outside patios are so great as they are fully enclosed and you can relax as parents. The property is old with traditional features and you get a truly Canarian experience of village life. The local town of Güímar is very nice especially at festival times. The beds were big and comfortable and internet good. "

"First, it was very hot in the room and the was no AC in the (it was mentioned in the description, but it was too hot to tolearte day stay inside). Second, the was no toiletries in the bathroom; I understand when shampoo, shower gel, etc. are not provided (it's not Hilton after all), but there wasn't even a peace of simple soap... so you cannot wash your hands. Third, no water in the room - I'm sorry, but in hot countries in the summer it's a must to provide at least a welcome bootle of water. Fourth, while towels and bedding were fresh, the floor was quite dirty. "
