"Nous sommes venus à SANTA CRUZ pour le carnaval. Nous avons choisi cet établissement bien situé en ville mais selon les commentaires précédents nous avions réservé la chambre violette côté cour pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue ! On nous a attribué la chambre rouge...sans volet et une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement alors très difficile de dormir avec les festivités du carnaval même en se couchant à 2h du mat et à 6h les poubelles passent les conteneurs sont juste en face de la chambre...

"First, it was very hot in the room and the was no AC in the (it was mentioned in the description, but it was too hot to tolearte day stay inside). Second, the was no toiletries in the bathroom; I understand when shampoo, shower gel, etc. are not provided (it's not Hilton after all), but there wasn't even a peace of simple soap... so you cannot wash your hands. Third, no water in the room - I'm sorry, but in hot countries in the summer it's a must to provide at least a welcome bootle of water. Fourth, while towels and bedding were fresh, the floor was quite dirty. "
