"Alessandra and her husband made us very welcome and gave us great local recommendation of what to see in the area. Right next to Capoterra, the location was perfect for us (recommended with a car): not too far from Calgari for some city tour and also not too far from the beaches further south (Pula, Chia, Tuerredda). It was also easy to do a day trio to Iglesias and Nebida on the west coast to see marvelous sunset. The property is shared with the owners on the floor above but each has his own...

"This property is one of the most thought out, clean, well equipped, cared for places we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail that the owners have lovingly given to their property is outstanding. I highly recommend staying there. The swimming pool on site is also great and a good size for a swim and for the children to have a good game in. "Villa Pinna is a beautiful place to stay and has been finished to a really high standard. The setting is very peaceful but within a short drive of beautiful beaches where we enjoyed snorkelling. The pool is larger than other villas we have stayed at. Overall, we were really impressed! Mariella was fantastic at communicating throughout the booking process and during our stay. Delphina, who looks after the property was lovely. We just wished we’d been able to speak Italian so that we could chat...

Host Claudia was fantastic and flexible with check-in time - she recommended and even booked the local restaurant for us. The location is unbeatable - local supermarket, restaurants and bar within walking distance and only 25 minutes from the airport."
