"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. Just relax and enjoy. "

"Third stay here and the place just gets better. Unlike other hotels that get tired and worn out - this one is always maintained very well and repairs that need doing are done - not left to get worse. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Restaurant and continental breakfast very good. Close to A1 so easy to get anywhere around. Pool and sun terrace are a big bonus and the pool is on site just a short walk from the main entrance not 1km away, like some hotels claiming they have pool access. All in all a great place for a relaxing break in Umbria and close enough to Rome for day trips. 1hr 10min drive to Rome or train from nearby station 40mins and very cheap. Highly recommended. "

The hotel is absolutely stunning, from each and every room, to all the outdoor spaces, to the lobby that becomes your living room. When we booked this location, we didn’t know what to expect being from the United States, but Charlotte and the team ensured that everything was ready and absolutely perfect! We highly highly recommend this Villa if you are thinking of a place to host your family, group of friends, or even better, your own wedding!!
