Always suggesting places, restaurants etc. The house was all updated, clean and a one mile walk from all the action in downtown Napa...no driving! :) Our host was available whenever we needed anything. "This is a wonderful VRBO. Great location, quiet, easy to get around. Going any direction is easy. Very well equipped, kitchen had everything we needed plus lots of extras you would not necessarily expect from a rental. Clean throughout! Very comfortable bed, comfortable furniture, large screen TV. Outdoor sitting area (which we didn't use but it looks comfy). The bathroom has a nice shower, heated floors (yeah) and soft towels. Overall, this is one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in...

"A friend and I booked this VRBO for a much needed relaxing and fun weekend in Napa and it did not disappoint! Very conveniently located - short drive (a few minutes) to downtown Napa. Cottage is cute and the patio area is really nice. Easy drive to wineries and the spas in Calistoga Springs. Would definitely book this again!"

"The only thing the property was missing was a stove. We don't want to eat out. We went grocery shopping before we checked on only to find out the stove is a decoration. The bath tub/shower is horrible. I'm 6'3" and couldn't get under the shower head. Other than those 2 things, the place we wonderful and we would stay there again."

The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits!"
