"Very easy check in, and she even upgraded our room when she saw we had more people than beds, I assumed we'd share a bed but she politely upgraded us. Property was clean, and the metro was right outside for easy access to other areas of town."

"Ideal for a quick stay. Not luxurious but beds were comfortable and staff were helpful! The stairs were very steep in the room to the loft bed so may not be the place for those who have trouble climbing or for older people "

"Beautiful room with an especially nice bathroom. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though a little firm for our taste. The breakfast buffet was terrific! The metro is very convenient to the hotel, a five minute walk away, and only four stops to the Duomo. All the staff were very pleasant and efficient. Only suggestion: the walls in the room had numerous dirty smudges that needed attention."
