"Our experience was less than satisfactory. Room Preparedness: Upon arrival, the staff seemed unprepared for our check-in, despite our reservation. The room lacked basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap, which we had to request separately. Facilities: The air conditioner functioned well, providing relief from the heat.
