"Let's start about the arrival. No precise address, but we have to come at the roundabout at the entry of the village and then call. "I'll arrive in 20 min" the owner says. We have to wait in the burning sun, even if we did send the time of our arrival. Then we follow the owner on small streets and roads. We arrive to the villa. The view is beautiful. "Our stay was idyllic. This is a very peaceful space. It is rustic but with all the modern requirements. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive with our questions and needs. It is a lovely hike down to a very secluded beach. My partner and I were here for a cycling adventure and our own yoga retreat and this property was perfect. Our only regret is that we didn't book it for the whole two weeks of our stay."

"Absolutely incredible property - stunning, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and with amazing views. I cannot recommend it enough. All facilities are in excellent working order and the owner is easily contactable for any issues. Everything you need is available at the property including cutlery, a coffee machine, pots and pans, BBQ materials, a hair dryer and more. We hope to return again soon (in sha Allaah)!"

"Beautiful cottage, small but ideal for two. Lovely gardens. A bit of traffic noise because it's right above a bend on the main road to Frigiliana and, as others have mentioned, dogs barking through the night are off putting, but probably out with the owners control. Some information on the surrounding area, amenities etc. would be helpful.. The electric blanket, bathroom heater, air con heating and of course a great wood burning stove made this an excellent, cosy winter stay"

"We stayed for four days in this lovely house and enjoyed every minute. It is difficult to find, but worth every effort in doing so. Good house, great garden (excellent for dogs), beautiful swimming pool and a lot of privacy in this house surrounded by palm nurseries. The nice beach of Torrenueva is close by (5 car-min.) and the trip to Granada / The Alhambra is around 30 car-min."

"The house is spacious and well equipped. There is a large plot around the house. The view on the valley and the town of Competa is very nice. However Competa is too far away for a walk to the village. The last part of the drive is somewhat challenging with a larger car."
