"When made reservation I choose to be a hotel not apartment. Well this place turned out to be an apartment with no amenities. After arrival it was hard to get in as no staff member was at the door until someone else opened it up. Waited about 10min inside until someone showed up. When got to the room the ac barely worked and in one speed only. The bathroom needs a full demo and renovation. Stayed only because I was not able to make changes. Would not stay again."
