"This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at, especially the bathroom. It was also quiet, the beds were very comfortable. A small unique feature that I appreciated was that there was a black washcloth available for removing makeup. The room also had great lighting. The only thing that could have been better was if the fridge was bigger. Other than that, we were very impressed with it and pleased."
Blowing Rock Inn

"We really enjoyed our recent stay at The Blowing Rock Inn! The property was clean, cute, and had a charming 1950s motor lodge vibe. The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. Enjoyed sitting on the porch area outside out room in the evening, watching the sun set. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff friendly and helpful, every area is clean. We had the breakfast special $10.99 fot 2 adults and 2 kids. The 3 egg homemade omlet was delicious and beautifully presented. A great deal for price, not sure if there was a pool. Would stay there again."

"Every staff member i came in contact with was very nice. Breakfast was good as usual! Told the two kitchen attendants i enjoined the meal. Liked the walk in shower in the bathroom. I will use sleep inn next visit."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant not yet being associated with the hotel was a little annoying. We could not charge to our room nor get room service. The property itself is very pleasant and the walking trail around the lake is nice."

Heritage Hill Cabins

"The Heritage Cabin was a very nice rental. Location was in the heart of Valle Crucis, close to Boone and Banner Elk. The cabin is furnished nicely, comfortable beds and beautiful porch overlooking the mountains. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the fact that there was no WiFi in the cabin which made phone calls and internet difficult. Also many rather steep steps to get up to the cabin from parking area, so be aware of that. Otherwise it is a lovely cabin in the mountains."
