I loved how helpful & friendly the staff was. Property is very well maintained & the food is excellent. My only complaint was how hot we would get at night.

I travelled to Barcelona with my family if 4, and finding hotels relatively close to the main tourist sights was as easy as I imagined. We had the opportunity to find ONA Living Barcelona and had an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean and exactly as described. My family loved staying here and we had an easy check in. We had arrived early and it was a great accommodation that they will hold your luggages until the check in time. You have time to experience the sights till your room is ready. The staff were kind and very friendly. A big shout out to Andrea for helping us with the luggages and a very smooth and easy check in. A bonus to mention is the hotel is across the Gran Via 2 mall. An amazing mall to do some shopping for souvenirs and for food. We will definitely come back to ONA when we visit Spain again. Thank you to all the ONA staff.

The staff were wonderful

We had 2 rooms near the end of the hotel and they struggled to get cool especially in the recent warm weather.
