"We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for daily comfort. The location is excellent—just 10 to 15 minutes from Cannes and close to the harbor."

The living room and deck were actually larger in real life. Fabrice was always available and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this oasis close to the beach and various villages in the area. We were very glad to have a car for the convenience and flexibility. We hope to visit again."

"We spent a wonderful week in the villa. We were 8 persons and had plenty of space for all of us. The location is perfect for trips in the area and close to the beach and restaurants. The villa is a „bijoux“ and has everything you need for a comfortable stay."

"Das Haus befindet sich in Hanglage entlang des Chemin des Clos. Wir hatten im Vorwege unsere Ankunft mit dem Vermieter abgestimmt und wurden pünktlich und freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen; Waschmaschine und WLAN funktionierten prima und der Pool war eine willkommene Erfrischung und wurde regelmäßig überprüft. Die Klimatisierung erfolgt über ein zentrales Innengerät, welches im Flur hängt. Wenn nachts die Zikaden Ruhe geben, schön ruhig...

"The villa was spacious and well appointed, very comfortable. It’s in a very quiet area with a beautiful view out to the ocean. We spent a lot of time in Antibes for beaches during the day and it was a quick 15 min drive, maybe a bit more with traffic, but never an issue. The port is only 10 min away where we chartered a boat for the day. Michel and his family are very kind and welcomingZ. They are there to help if you want, but leave you alone otherwise. Great stay! "

"Nowdays seldon you have places that are most likely used by their owners: this is such a place! Perfectly equipped kitchen with a lot of basic thigs in the cabinet, pool toys, nice decorations etc. Also very good privacy Very nice view and perfect pool area to spend the day. Perfectly maintened tree be the pool if you like shade Huge lecrerc (best in area) 10min away to purchase anything you need. Excellent location. We visited Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez. All of under one...

"Skønt hus med enestående udgift og praktisk indrettet til flere familier. Huset trænger dog til en større opfriskning - specielt udvendigt. Vær opmærksom på at man selv skal medbringe senge linned og håndklæder. Eller selv leje det på fransk hjemmeside - meget upraktisk."

"Views are great. Property clean. Ant problem though so spraying daily was part of the experience. Studio bedroom accessible through the garage does not have a secure lock from inside. AC unit in one of the bedrooms ran warm. Communication with property management was sometimes disjointed due to multiple contacts on rotation and sometimes folks not all being in the loop.Overall I'd give the beauty of the property and location a 4.5 but total experiemce a 3."

Edwina gave us some very useful tips that were very handy for us. We definitely recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a gem in the south of France."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, an manchen Punkten wurde, wenn man den deutschen Standard ansetzt, gespart. Was jedoch nichts am Gesamtbild ändert. Die Einfahrt ist ein wenig steil und eng zum befahren, aber auch hier machbar und alles einwandfrei."
