This fully renovated villa near Antibes and Cannes offers a luxurious and accessible retreat for up to 14 guests. With breathtaking sea views from multiple terraces, the home is ideal for sun-filled family holidays and includes step-free access to a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom. The main villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, while the guest house adds two more bedrooms and a stylish bathroom—all with unique tiling and full Wi-Fi coverage. Guests can unwind in the heated pool (28°C, April–October), enjoy a game on the floodlit boule court, or relax in the pool house with sauna and table tennis. The villa includes six parking spaces and is wheelchair-friendly. Nearby, explore Vallauris’s renowned ceramic workshops like Portara Ceramics and Tierra Moya, or visit the sandy in Golfe-Juan. The chic seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins offers luxury shopping and hosts the iconic Jazz in Juan festival at Square Franck Jay Gould. For dining, top picks include Restaurant L'Arazur for haute cuisine, La Trattoria for Italian fare, and La Cafetière Fêlée for French-Asian fusion. Please note: a €650 cleaning fee is payable in cash upon arrival.

The property was amazing. Tastefully thought out and with fantastic views

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped with plenty of seating areas in sun and shade. The gardens were beautiful and the large pool was cleaned regularly with plenty of sun loungers. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby and there was good and quick access to the beaches at Juan Les pins, Antibes and Cannes. In our opinion , a great place to stay for a multigenerational group.

This is a fantastic villa! Our family of 10 people (4 generations) had a lovely vacation in this beautiful villa. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing and the view is breathtaking. The spacious bed rooms with private bathrooms, the nicely combined kitchen/living room and many terraces allowed for both privacy and a great social family life. We had many nice dinners at the terrace and our granddaughters loved the pool!

We hebben het huis erop uitgekozen dat het comfortabel was met dutjes etcetera en rond het huis zijn. De indeling was fijn, alles werkte goed en het contact was super comfortabel. Echt een aanrader!
