A private saltwater swimming pool (12m x 5m - max depth 1.85m - alarm) is at your disposal. Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchair, outdoor dining table, petanque area, table tennis table. Parking for 4 cars. Pets welcome at the villa.

280 m² air-conditioned villa on 2 levels:
Entrance hall, large living/dining room with dining table, television. Access to sea-view terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen: gas hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso.
1 bedroom with 2 pull-out single beds (2x90cm). En suite bathroom with shower and WC.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm). Bathroom with shower and toilet.
1 bedroom with 2 pull-out single beds (2x90cm). Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
First floor:
One bedroom with double bed (140cm), access to large terrace with sea view. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Level -1 :
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), outside access onto swimming pool. En suite shower room with shower and toilet.
1 bedroom with king-size double bed (180cm), exterior access to swimming pool. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
A caretaker lives on site in a flat in the basement of the villa.


Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
