"Location: Great! About a 15-minute walk from the charming downtown of Bressanone and a short drive from some of the most scenic areas of the Dolomites (e.g. Val di Funes). Staff: Superb! Highly professional and courteous. Sasha, the bartender, deserves particular mention--extremely attentive, generous, and accommodating. Hotel amenities: Excellent. Use of the hotels bicycles--for free--was a particular pleasure. Breakfast on the outdoor patio was very pleasant. If there is a small downside to the property it is the lack of air conditioning, which was mildly uncomfortable on one night."

"We loved the espacios and clean room. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and amazing pool. Very relaxing place. A little out of the way so it takes time to drive to the Dolomites if that is what you are trying to do but the place is worth the drive."

"Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"We enjoyed a brief stop at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were helpful at check in. The use of the pool in the main hotel was excellent (150m away), the facilities there are excellent, we really enjoyed the pool."

We asked for a fan given the extraordinary hot weather and the stag went above and beyond to help us. This will be the place for our future staying in Vipiteno."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, although not exceptional. Hot options included omelets and boiled eggs. There was a wide selection of cereals, muesli, and granola, but the choice of vegetables for making a salad was somewhat limited. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool on the fourth floor, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A few minor drawbacks: the Wi‑Fi signal in our room was extremely weak, and I ended up using mobile data most of the time. I reported the issue at reception, and although I was told it would be fixed, I did not notice any improvement. Also, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, which meant going downstairs whenever we needed assistance. Finally, our room was at ground level, and everyone walking to and from the parking area passed directly by our windows. This reduced privacy considerably and forced us to keep the curtains closed most of the time."
