Location very close to the central plaza. Food nearby and there is a small pool to cool off. Clean rooms. Parking is about 50m away at the Burger King and cost an addtional 60 pesos with a voucher from the hotel.

Nice little hotel in the downtown area of Valladolid. So, everything is walkable. The hotel is small with not a lot of services. This hotel is NOT foreign tourism friendly. The rooms were overall clean. However, when we went to bed the first night, one of the sheets had fresh blood in it. It looked like somebody killed a bug in it. A bug that sucked humam blood. We told the front desk and they came and changed the sheets. The TV Cable service never worked. The person at the front desk during the night shift didnt know how to fix the TV problem. She didn’t even attempt to help. The A/C worked very well. The rate we paid was just OK for what we got and the fact that we could get it reserved through expedia was a plus. I do not recommend this hotel. I am sorry guys. I will not be coming back to it.

Heat pump issue

Everything is fine but the heat pump sounded like vacuum cleaner all night long ! It’s too loud & can’t sleep

Buena opción buscas es algo económico

Un hotel sencillo, la limpieza es adecuada y la ubicación es excelente en el centro de Valladolid, el estacionamiento esta justo enfrente del hotel. Sus áreas de oportunidad son la comodidad de las camas, y que no hay mosquiteros en las ventanas de la habitación y estaban abiertas a nuestra llegada, por lo que tuvimos que batallar con los mosquitos durante la noche.

Unprepared staff.

Although the location was great, the experience wasn’t good. When we booked, the offer said it was a queen bed. When we arrived it was a “matrimonial” that is very small, as we are a couple of 2 men. So we asked for a bigger bed and had to pay a bit more for that. The problem was that the room had a big window for the corridor, where there was a very strong light that went directly to the bed, and the curtains did block it properly. I asked the manager to turn off the light, which led the corridor with indirect light, allowing me to sleep and at the same time the corridor wasn’t in the dark. but all the time this very impolite Mexican couple would go there and turn on the lights, waking me up. I went again to turn it off and the couple started shouting at me and saying they would leave the lights on, even though there was no big difference for them and at the same time it wouldn’t allow me to sleep. We called the manager and he did exactly nothing to help. Also, it was very noisy.

Accueil tres cordial. Viel hôtel dans le vieux quartier. Bien entretenu et très propre. Le personnel a répondu à toutes mes requêtes avec diligence ( même si je ne parle pas espagnol ). Chambre très grande et espace commun extérieure super. J'en garde un bon souvenir. Un remerciement spécial à Fernando.

Was a great stay! The staff was extremely helpful in finding a bank, particular foods, etc. The room was very clean, comfortable, and secure. We had air conditioning and there is a small pool there
