"Molto caratteristico, una mensola in più e un armadio, non sarebbero stati male.Il proprietario ti fa' sentire a casa."

"Location: a little outside Levanto city center, with a convenient shuttle. Room: the room is spacious but outdated. The bathroom is blind and smells linger. The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button. Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous. Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use...

This whole area is VERY hilly and there are LOTS of steps everywhere, so be prepared for a great leg workout!"

The passageway had 86 stone steps up to the property and then a metal staircase with 26 steps to our room. It was a workout to carry out luggage up the stairs, but the view was worth it! The trail to Corniglia goes right by the property which was fun. It was rainy when we left so we needed to be extra careful as we carried our...

"Absolutely prime location. Very basic accommodation that may not suit everyone but those on a budget will love it."

"Excellent stay, great location, amazing breakfast"

"It's an uphill coming out of the tunnel from the train station, just in case ur carrying a big luggage. Other than that everything is perfect."
