Marl home with spa, sauna in the city center

This luxurious marl house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people, ideal for 1 or 2 families. The vacation home is located in the heart of South Limburg Valkenburg. There are also 2 dogs allowed. Terraces and restaurants are nearby and the house is the ideal starting point for exploring. Walk to the castle ruins, visit the Velvet Cave or discover the city by scooter or bike! The house is also the perfect base for a day of shopping in Maastricht, which is 14km away. After a busy day you can relax in the sauna or hot tub in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, combi-oven, kettle and coffee maker. Wi-Fi is available in the house and there is a washer-dryer available free of charge. This year, the Velvet Cave will be transformed into a cozy Christmas Market for the 25th time (from Nov. 15 to Dec. 30, 2024). Parking is available on the Walram Square. This house is not rented to groups of young people because of its quietness. Smoking and house parties are not allowed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Heel mooi/knus huis in hartje Valkenburg in mooi (autovrij) straatje naast de kerk. Gezellige huiskamer met praktische open keuken- ruime en comfortabele slaapkamers (één eenpersoonskamer en wc op begane grond en de andere kamers op eerste en tweede verdieping). Prima uitgangspunt voor mooie wandelingen (bv door Gerendal). Het huisje ligt in het centrum maar -heel fijn- net buiten het gebied met terrasjes/cafeetjes/restaurantjes (en kerstmarkten in december) dus wel de lusten maar niet de lasten van de drukte en veel opties voor uiteten in een straal van 100-200 meter.

Beginnen wir mit den guten Punkten: Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage und die Betten sind gut, es gibt ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und Geschirr für 6 bis 8 Personen. Die weniger guten Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt leider um einiges weniger angenehm gemacht: Das Parken ist nur in beträchtlicher Entfernung möglich und kostet einen erheblichen Betrag. Machen Sie sich also bereit, herumzuschleppen. Das Haus war schmutzig; Spinnweben, dreckige Teller und in der schon lange nicht mehr gereinigten Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch eine Schicht Kaffee. Drinnen war es sehr staubig. Draußen auf der Terrasse stand ein halbvoller, stinkender Mülleimer, der sehr dreckig war, denn man soll ein paar Meter vom Mülleimer entfernt essen und seinen Aufenthalt genießen. Der Whirlpool war defekt (auch nicht eben) und es gab keine Lösung. Die Kommunikation darüber wurde vom Hausbesitzer unterbrochen. Denken Sie auch daran, dass das Haus direkt neben einer Kirche liegt, deren Glocken alle fünfzehn Minuten läuten. Der Klang ist so laut, dass es scheint, als würden sie im Haus selbst läuten.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Das Highlight war der Whirlpool! Auch die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir haben dem Eigentümer einige Vorschläge geschickt, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Es ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass es am Haus keine Parkplätze gibt; Am günstigsten ist es, das Auto am Bahnhof zu parken.

Vi hadde en fantastisk familietur på dette marl-hjemmet! Den romslige layouten var perfekt for vår gruppe, og vi elsket badstuen og boblebadet i hagen, Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre - rett i hjertet av Valkenburg, med enkel tilgang til sjarmerende restauranter og slottsruinene, Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt, noe som gjorde matlagingen enkelt, Hunden vår likte også den inngjerdede hagen! Anbefales på det sterkeste for familier som leter etter et avslappende opphold
