"We chose this spot as it was located centrally across from the famous Cheateau de Vizille and close to the local cafés. The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. The host disclosed ahead of time that they did not provide towels, but they gave us towels when we asked which was kind. "I would have preferred an evening menu that you could choose rather than the set menus. Breakfast was excellent. The massage lady I had was superb. The reception was hit and miss. I tried to book the evening meal there but was told to book it at the restaurant however no one was there to take the booking so I had to keep going back. The bar staff were great and the happy hour and afternoon tea was a great touch. No towels at the pool was annoying when the spa people were away you couldn’t get a towel. I think the spa should be free for guests all day it just the morning. Pool table and games is good. Room cleaner kept coming into the room when the do not disturb ticket was on the door. The dryer in the ski boot room didn’t work in the locker. The location and design of the hotel was great. All in all a fabulous holiday. Thank you "

"Easy check in process, it took about 30 mins of queuing, that was ok as there were lots of people Staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to book the carpark. It's a must I won't forget again, although there is a very good underground carpark opposite for a very reasonable price. *€8/day Apartment was great, big enough for the two of us. It came with all you would need for a week's skiing. It is literally a few minutes to the slopes, ideal with children. On the way you pass the ski school, ski hire and the ski pass pick up points. Overall a fantastic stay. I will be looking to stay there again."
