"A wonderful building and room accessed by a stone spiral staircase. Ticked all the boxes for a fabulous overnight stop over. The owners were very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was ideal before a days travelling and the homemade Jam was delicious."

The village with its castle is very run down with a large derelict hospital, numerous closed hotels and empty shops, but still worth a visit as a stop over."

"A lovely relaxing stay on our journey down to the South. Our room was very spacious with a good shower room. All was clean and tidy. The host was great, very friendly and cooked us and other guests an excellent, tasty meal. We had a very good evening all chatting and enjoying the ambiance.
