"I will never use Expedia again for anything. I did make a mistake in booking the Plaza and not the airport location, and I didn't even mind the inability to change on the day I arrived. However, the complete circle of nothingness I received from Expedia in trying to correct my mistake for the following week is unforgivable. NEVER AGAIN"

"A nice hotel, fantastic location. Generally quite clean, but could do with a good hoover in public spaces and room. Staff are friendly and polite. Food in restaurants and breakfast excellent. Gym, pool and sauna quite good for a hotel."

"More like a hostel than a hotel. It was new and clean but big issue was security. Teen guys hanging about in lobby, 24/7 cafe no longer in operation so no security. I had young guy so drugged up he could hardly stand push his way into lift which was quite scary. Fortunately manager was with me and said he would throw him out. Not safe for ordinary tourists in my view. No decent restaurants or breakfast places nearby."

"If you are not expecting the Ritz but want affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation this fits the bill. Right in the heart of the city, with two excellent restaurants attached, it suited us perfectly. The staff were helpful (particularly when the automated check-in wanted to charge us again - our only grumble!). Comfort, not luxury, and not too many frills but absolutely adequate, and we would certainly return."
