También por la misma zona, podrá encontrar numerosos servicios, cafeterías con exclusiva decoración, centros comerciales, además de los servicios básicos como farmacia o supermercado. Podrá disfrutar de un bonito paseo el barrio y visitar las calles que han mantenido su trazo original, por lo que podrá sumergirse en la auténtica Valencia.

Si lo que le apetece es realizar un bonito recorrido disfrutando del buen clima de la ciudad, tiene 9km de trayecto por los jardines urbanos de Valencia, el antiguo cauce del río Turia. En un extremo encontrará el zoológico de la ciudad, el Bioparc, donde se adentrará en el hábitat natural de diversas especies animales. Two Week Stay

we stayed for two weeks in April. As someone else has mentioned, the building exterior is dull as is the street but the location is amazing and the street is only used by people who park in buildings so very quiet at night. view of orange trees is lovely, i sat on small patio enjoying a glass of wine several times. we walked everywhere - even grocery stores were nearby and of course restaurants. only issue we had was communicating with company prior to the trip but apparently - the friendly office staff told us when we arrived - they had changed website software. so my emails trying to arrange payment never did receive a reply and we paid upon arrival. i had wanted to pay before we set out from Canada. other than that, everything was great.

Apartamento acogedor, estupendo para 2 personas.

Situación inmejorable Apartamento pequeño pero muy bien equipado y muy acogedor, perfecto para 2 personas. Completamente equipado con casi todo lo que puedas necesitar Muy buena atención de personal de singular stays resolviendo rápidamente las incidencias. La manguera y alcachofa de la ducha necesita un cambio Sería de agradecer que proporcionen gel y champú al menos.

Quiet apartment near the center

This apartment is a nice place from which to explore the historic center of Valencia. The street isn’t the most charming one but it’s quiet and it’s a short walk to interesting areas and a quick bike ride to most of central Valencia. The apartment is well equipped for a short stay.

Great central location

Great central location. The property was very well provisioned. Very clean and centrally located. The only improvement would be to upgrade the television so that an HDMI connection could be made. Also a trip percolator for coffee could be an improvement. All in all our stay was wonderful and the property was very nice.
