A poca distancia encontrará la plaza de la Virgen y su catedral; así como una infinidad de locales tanto de hostelería como de tiendas de moda. A máximo 15 minutos andando del apartamento se encuentran los pulmones de la ciudad, los Jardines del Turia, antiguo cauce del río que recorre la ciudad de oeste a este, desde el Bioparc hasta la Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias.
