"Location, Location, Location. What a wonderful place to stay during our short trip to Santiago. The church, shops and restaurants were just steps away from the hotel which is ideal if you are in Santiago for a short stay."
"Hotel is ok … so….so , not very clean
Closets have dust , I want put my clothes , I need to clean first. upper very dusted …
Good area close with mall"
"The room was a decent size, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Room safe was old and outdated. The staff was accommodating, though some of Hotel policies were a bit outdated regarding the “ Do not disturb signs”."
"The property was in truly remarkable condition. It had everything we needed, and it was clear that whoever set it up had thought of even the smallest details. At first, I was a little disappointed to learn that it was in the basement, since the listing I’d seen showed a terrace. But in the end, it didn’t matter. The basement had windows, and everything was so beautifully prepared that I forgot about it almost immediately"
"The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’m not very picky.
First, according to Expedia, it’s a 3-star hotel, but it’s actually a 2-star hotel. There’s no cleaning service, no fridge, and no storage space. Basically, you just get a bed and a bathroom.
The bed and the bedding were very uncomfortable, and the AC wasn’t working.
One night, we ordered a pizza, and the receptionist told the delivery guy that he couldn’t leave it there, so we ended up losing our order.
Definitely not worth...
