Completely refurbished in 2017, this apartment maintains its essence of the Xx building, mixing it with modern touches. designer_apartments_valencia, has put a lot of effort to convert it into a gem inside valencia´s old town city center. The apartment with high ceilings, one balcony consists of 1 bedroom, with a double bed and large wardrobes, two bathrooms, one insuite and other in the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofabed for other 2 extra guests to stay and a modern kitchen with all appliances.

you have 2 complete bathrooms for 4 guests, one master bedroom and a comfortable sofabed in the livingroom. You have sliding doors to maintain pricvacy between bedroom and livingroom. A balcony that lead you to wacht the street. The apartment has wif-fi, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Tv, air conditioning (hot/cold), fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle for tea. The apartment has linens, towels, shower gel, hair drier, and other bath items.

La seu is a high end neighborhood in the city center, it is surrounded by important streest as Carrer del mar, Carrer de la Pau, Porta de la Mar, Plaza del Temple, Plaza Tetuan where the cultural center of Bancaja is. Fantastic stores like Carolina Herrera nearby and of course just steps from the amazing Turia park to have a wonderful walk, bike, jog, or simply enjoy the perfect weahter!!

Old city center can be tricky to enter by car. Suggestions: if you come by car, park at interparking Glorieta Paz. Its 2 minutes away from the apartment, its a public paid parking downtown. Or you can park for free in paseo alameda, and its a 5-10 minutes walking distance.
If you come by taxi, it will leave you just in front of the building.
If you come by metro, the nearest metro stations are Colon and Alameda and it will be 8 minutes (650m) walking distance.

By making a reservation, you agree to the following conditions:

- Reservations are not allowed for guests under 25 years old.
- Pets are not allowed.

- Check-in and Documentation:
- Check-in hours: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Late check-in fees:
- 22:00 - 00:00: €20
- After 00:00: €40

Traveler Information Form: All guests must complete this form before arrival as required by Royal Decree 933/2021. Access to the accommodation cannot be granted without this information.

Quiet Hours:
- Parties and loud noises are not allowed.
- Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Common Areas and Smoking:
- Smoking and drinking are prohibited in shared areas and inside the apartment.

Apartment Care:
Use towels only for bathing; any permanent stains will incur charges (€5 to remove stains/item or replacement cost).
- Do not park bicycles in hallways or inside the apartment.

Check-out:
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM): 50% of the booking price (minimum: €40, maximum: €250).

Optional Services:
- Baby crib: €20/booking (subject to availability).
- Baby high chair: €5/booking.
Additional services like a sofa bed must be requested upon reservation. If requested after arrival 15 €/booking.

Booking Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation at our accommodation, you expressly agree to the following conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in penalties, loss of the reservation amount, or immediate eviction without the right to a refund.
1. Booking Conditions
Minimum age and group policy: Reservations from young groups or guests under the age of 25 without an adult representative are not accepted. If this condition is not met, access to the accommodation will be denied and the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited.
Number of guests: If it is detected that more people have entered the property than those registered in the reservation, you will be required to pay the corresponding amount for each additional person. This practice may also lead to early cancellation of the stay without refund if considered a serious violation of house rules.
2. Rules of Use for the Accommodation
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking is detected, a €150 penalty will apply for cleaning and deodorizing.
No pets allowed: If the presence of a pet is detected, a €150 fee will be charged for additional cleaning expenses.
Lost keys: The replacement of lost keys will incur a cost of €100.
Damage and misuse – Faults and responsibilities:
If you notice any damage to the property or appliances at check-in or during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can take the appropriate action.
Any damage caused by misuse of appliances, furniture, or facilities will be the guest’s responsibility. It is recommended to follow usage instructions and take good care of all equipment and furnishings.
In the event of damages attributable to negligent or improper use, the cost of repairs or replacements will be entirely borne by the guest. This liability is supported by Article 1.902 of the Spanish Civil Code.
Bed linen and towels: If towels or bed linen are heavily stained, a stain removal cleaning fee of €5 per item will be charged. If the stains cannot be removed, the replacement cost of the item will be charged.
3. Silence and Rest
Quiet hours: Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Respect for neighbors: Ringing neighbors’ doorbells or disturbing the peace within the building is not allowed.
Non-compliance: Failure to respect these rules may result in immediate eviction from the accommodation without any refund of the reservation amount.
4. Guest Registration
Traveller Information Form: Completing this form for all guests (adults and minors) prior to arrival is mandatory. This is a necessary requirement to access the accommodation.
Legal requirement: In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, the registration of all travelers' details is mandatory for public security purposes. Without this information, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.
