"The Dracula room choosen was great with plenty of charging plugs, however although the bathroom was lovely there was a smell of sewage during our stay especially at night. The b.fast choices were a bit minimal with no buffet especially as no more than 1x cup of tea of coffee could be given without paying for them so the b.fast was for us the downfall of our stay. The free items were good but the hair conditioner was missing as sometimes shampoos type leave the hair very dry."

"Rooms were fabulous clean, warm and beautiful. Staff couldn't do enough, free cake for friends birthday, so accommodating, friendly , never rude. The food was amazing , including the hot chocolate. The views from the hotel were spectacular and so peaceful. I would stay there again and again. There is a,hot tub and sauna which you can use till 10.30 at night , this is individually booked and was always available in slots. We didnt do yoga but met the teacher , she was lovely and others at the hotel said she was a really good teacher. Games cupboard available with lots if games and activities for all ages ie scrabble We saw other hotels in the area but know we had booked the best one , so so lucky. This would suit couples , friends and children IGNORE TERRIBLE REVIEW ITS NOT TRUE Thankyou so much SHELLY , KEV AND BERNADETTE"

"Room was cleaned. Staff was friendly. Lots of shops close by and Bran Castle was 3 minutes away. Beautiful Castle and mountains view from room balcony. Breakfast was delicious."

"This place is a WOW. You dont see it until you arrive to the end of the driveway. The rooms are big and spaciuos, bog windows to the woods. Room is very well designed. Nice garden with childrens toys. Highly recommended"

"We loved the chalet! The architecture and decor were very impressive. The sofa in the suite needs to be replaced 😁 it’s very ‘firm’ and worn. Lighting above the bathroom sinks weren’t very good for doing contacts and make up. We loved it and would totally walk the stairs to the top just to enjoy the room ❤️🌹"

"Very nice hotel, I like the location to go see Bran Castle was very convenient the breakfast was great with a variety of foods the room was spacious and bed and pillows were good very important for us highly recommended."

"Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent views, clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, & the onsite restaurant has a wonderful terrace with delicious cuisine! ❤️ We stayed in their ultra modern 2 bedroom suite with the best views overlooking the valley and mountains… Quick uber rides to Braşov city center, Bran Castle, & more… Highly recommended!! ❤️🇷🇴懶🇺🇸冀"
