"Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. "Sehr schön eingerichtetes Rustico, nördlich von Pisa und Lucca. Anfahrt ca. 11km den Berg hoch etwas abenteuerlich. Und auf Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein. Ansonsten perfekt für die persönliche Auszeit mit kleinem Budget, aber auch für die Teenie-Gruppenfahrt. Man stört keinen und hat selbst seine Ruhe. Mega Aussicht auf die Bucht von Livorno/Viareggio. "Very nice house! Beautiful big garden, completely private. The house is big with a bit of a strange layout (like two kitchens) but also two bathrooms. The owners welcomed us very friendly. It was just a bit difficult to communicate: unfortunately we don't speak Italian. The house was difficult to find because the location data (like the GPS coordinates) are in the village and not of the house. The correct data are: 43.939180, 10.416290"

"Great place to be Only the road from the village to the home could be better"

"The property exudes charm. Although the view from the first floor is impressive, it's partially obstructed by trees. The pool, a significant asset, is generously sized. Regrettably, the kitchen fan was dysfunctional, making cooking an unpleasant task. We also faced issues with the fuses for the washing machine. Our check-in experience was hampered by a language barrier. The attendant spoke no English, and our attempts in German proved futile. Consequently, check-in became a comical mix of hand...
