The Space:
Renovated luxury home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 6 TVs, and more. 2 King-size beds, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, and 1 bunk with a Twin and Full size bed. 2 shower/tubs, including a private bathroom in the master bedroom. Living room features leather sofas. Dining room hosts a table big enough for 10 people. Recreation room hosts a pool table with a ping pong table top converter . Full kitchen, including pots and pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, coffee setup for drip or k-cups, toaster, and more. Outside, enjoy a screened in deck with 2 smart tvs, outdoor sofas big enough for the whole family, a dining area, as well as outdoor seating, outside charcoal grill, fire pit, and a private playground for the kiddos. All bedrooms hold black-out curtains.


Master Bedroom:
- King-sized bed in spacious room, 2 walk-in closets, 65" smart TV, private bathroom, full shower/tub. French doors open to patio.

Bedroom 2:
- King-sized bed, large closet with cozy feel, smart TV.

Bedroom 3:
- Queen-sized bed with modern design, smart TV, large closet, and free library for the bookworms.

Bedroom 4:
- 1 bunk with a twin bed on top, full size bed below, and separate twin bed, toybox and kid's kitchen, small closet, great for kids of flexible sleeping arrangements.

Living Room:
- 2 leather sofas that could be used for sleeping if needed. Smart TV, oversized windows onlooking your patio, board games galore.

Kitchen:
- Full kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook or grill. Toaster, pots and pans, mixing bowls, plates, coffee machine for drip or k-cups, and more.

Re-room:
- Pool table with seating, ping pong conversion table top for fun family game nights.

Dining:
- Oversized table big enough to seat 10.

Outside:
- Outside screened patio with furniture, two 65" smart TVs, charcoal grill (charcoal not included), outdoor dining table, fire-pit for smores, private kids fort, fully fenced private yard. Please note, the hot tub does not currently work at the moment*

Guest will have full access to the 2365 sqft home, including all four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the rec room, living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced backyard with screened patio, grill, private playground, fire pit, 2 car garage, and driveway (driveway is long enough for roughly 4 vehicles)

Pets are permitted for a $69 nonrefundable fee per pet. Any damages from pets will need to be reimbursed by client.
