"Great service at front desk. But the kid at the restaurant, Rafa, went above and beyond when we needed him. He was charm, polite, funny and very nice service. The Hotel smells like new and is very high class and confortable."

"After several attempts to contact unsuccessfully the hotel to get the shuttle schedule I finally got through on the phone. The shuttle service offered is extremely limited which they FAIL to mention on their services. Uber cost 16.80 euro 1 way. Although it is a new hotel and one would expect it to be clean, it was, there was only one, 1 ! towel in the room for 2 persons. The last shuttle in the morning is 9:45, check out is at noon, so how does that work? And if you have an early flight, forget it. Or a late flight. Could not get on internet. One needs to go downstairs and scan a bar code - was in my pyjamas already. Called reception, no answer. The reason is the management in their wisdom have one person answering phones, doing check-in and serving coffee and drinks. LOVELY reception that are dealing with a multi task situation that is not sustainable. So if you think you are saving money think again.. add Uber, no coffee in room and I suspect more issues on the way. "

"Great place to stay before flying out from Madrid International airport. Food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic with the wait staff fabulous!"

"Close to the metro station, only 10 minutes uber ride from the airport. Nice breakfasts. We will come back for sure."
