"I happened to stay here under the most extraordinary circumstances - the night of the Spain/Portugal power outage in April 2025. I was lucky enough to have booked a room, but when I arrived (at midnight!) there were 50-70 stranded travelers from the nearby Chamartin station scattered throughout the lobby. They had nowhere to go, and while the hotel was fully booked, they still provided comforters for those travelers so they would not have to sleep outside, or at the station (hundreds more had done so that night). The consideration they made in those extraordinary circumstances was an incredible display of compassion, and alone warrants 5 stars from me."

"The Express cafe connected to the property was excellent. We reached the hotel at 10:30pm and were starving. The express cafe staff was wonderful and they served delicious food. They also have light breakfast with coffee starting at 4am and a full breakfast at 7am. We stayed there because we had an early morning flight to catch, we paid for the airport shuttle which was on time with great staff!! Highly recommend this place. "
