"Man muss davon ausgehen, dass es in einem Jahr zu einer guten Adresse werden wird. Trotz der Angaben des Inserates sind alle Anfrage ausschließlich per Festnetztelefonie zu erhalten. (Schlüsselcodes, WLAN-Schlüssel, Toilettenpapier…) Zudem wird die obere Etage aktuell renoviert, was den Urlaub weniger entspannend macht. Das Apartment und dessen Küche ist sehr schön und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Mit nur 15 Minuten erreicht man die Altstadt zu Fuß und von dort aus kann man gemütlich alle...

"Beautiful vacation spot! Very conveniently located and allowed us to enjoy daily trips to different destinations. The chalet felt welcoming, homey and kept with great care. It had everything we needed for our stay. The property is beautiful and the view of the Lago Di Garda is breathtaking. Thanks to the hostesses for helping us to have a perfect time in Italy!"

"This was an amazing property. Myself and 7 others checked in for a long weekend away. We were all blown away at how beautiful the house and garden were. We spent the weekend relaxing in the garden, using the pool and sauna, eating outside and having movie nights. The setting is so idyllic. The property is tucked away in the countryside overlooking a vineyard. It is about 20 minutes in a taxi from the city centre which makes it easy to get to. Remember to bring cash for the taxi as the internet...

"We had an amazing stay at the villa. After 3 days in Venice arriving at the villa was everything we hoped for and more, especially the hot tub! The town was lovely and it was great to be able to walk in to it. We used local bars and restaurants and got all the shopping we needed. We visited Lake Garda, Mantua and Verona - all really worth visiting 😊"

"We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!"

"Daniele was a great host and very easy to communicate with. His house is lovely and features his own artwork. There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). But I would definitely stay here again"

"The house was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the air con didn't work because it couldn't be sealed around the window. This made it very difficult to sleep in the heat. House was very close to amenities and the kids enjoyed the cool bunkbeds."

"We are so thankful and blessed for our astonishing and relaxing stay in Peri. The tiny stone house built in the 19th century (or even earlier) inviting its dwellers to a pure north- italian feeling. "Beatrice was a wonderful host, providing recommendations on where to park, restaurants and grocery shopping. We chose to eat in since the house was so comfortable and the grocery stores were easy to get to. The location is convenient for exploring Verona and the surrounding area (many wineries) including Lake Garda. And it was fun to drive the scenic routes to experience the rural and hilly countryside, though the highways are very close also if needed."

Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again."
