"The location was perfect. Excellent for walking to the tourist areas within the wall and close to restaurants. Face/wash cloths and dish drying towels would have been nice. The balcony was also a great place to just sit, socialize and relax."

"This house is incredible. I've never stayed in a place as beautifully crafted and in such a beautiful rural setting. We cooked 4 nights as well and found the kitchen and outdoor grill to be well stocked. Our group was a family of 4 - kids were 18 and 14 years old. During our 5 nights stay we visited the nearby French Basque towns (including Espelette), we day-tripped to San Sebastian, went to Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, and Hendaye. Really fun week!"

"The house is great, well equipped with modern appliances, lots of nice cookware, glasses, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment. There is airco if you need it, and there is a massive google TV and even a hifi. Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of bedlinen including brand new pillows. The balcony is very large, with lovely views of the hills, a big table for eating outside and plenty of comfortable seating. The front garden is enclosed, so it's ideal if you have a dog with you....

"Le gîte est bien situé, mais l’intérieur est déprimant. Nous avions l’impression que les habitants âgés venaient de quitter les lieux et que rien n’avait été fait pour les rendre accueillants. Vieux meubles, équipement cuisine minimaliste, problèmes d’électricité et fuites d’eau sous l’évier. Nous avons attendu l’avant dernier jour pour que l’herbe soit coupée... En bref, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est."

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks here - my two young boys loved the pool, table tennis and enjoyed being surrounded by nature and animals. Just over 30 minutes drive to beautiful beaches and lots of nice walks around the farm and Ainhoa. we loved coming back to peaceful sunsets and the sounds of sheep bells!"

"Ha sido todo un lujo poder disfrutar de esta casa, que desde el primer momento que hemos llegado ha sido como estar en nuestra propia vivienda. De Peio podría decir mucho, sin conocernos nos entrego su corazón y "nos obligo" a disfrutar de la casa como si fuera nuestra, nos oriento en la visita por la zona como si la recorriéramos a través de sus palabras. Estamos muy agradecidos con él. Sobre la casa decir que esta en un entorno privilegiado, entrar en ella es respirar la "Navarra profunda"...
