"The place is great; modern, American style town homes. Everything you need and location is perfect for that area of the Basque country as long as you have a car. Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. "The property is rustic French and was perfectly OK in that milieu, but the external features were disappointing. The hedges were not cut and we’re untidy. The grass surrounding had not been cut and it generally did not look as smart as the web images suggested. I enjoyed my visit and as a pied-a-terre it was fine, but the owners need to improve the exterior. Having said all that I enjoyed my stay and only mention these concerns to help the owners."
