"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Lovely accommodation and nice location. Very quiet until church bells got going but they are part of the charm"

"First of all, the staff at Il Perlo Panorma is exceptional. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived and had booked the Basic Room. It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. "Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. Returning after a day exploring the area and watching the sunset from high above was truly relaxing. One thing to note is that the...

"Nice breakfast, clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful garden, amazing Christmas decoración !"

"Best location on the entire peninsula! Great restaurant right below, grocery next-door, five minute walk to the dock to get the ferries anywhere you wanna go. Another 10 minute walk uphill gets you to villa monastero and gardens. And a tough 30 to 40 minute climb, gets you to Castle Vizio, which is the absolute top point of the peninsula and a medieval castle. From the top of the castle, you can see the apartment and the balcony that’s how close it is to everything. Good jogging and...
