"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

"Where do I begin? I am a seasoned traveler and retired yacht captain and all I can say is BEWARE as the place advertised on Expedia is not what is there! First, we were given an incorrect address from Expedia, lost for hours in the Dolomites and finally had to find a hotel to overnight to avoid traveling on dark mountain roads. "Room 1 was perfectly place in the middle of the piazza, breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Francesco was very helpful. We took a picture of a menu and she took the time to translate it for us! Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location in the middle of old town."

The building and setting are beautiful, the managers are extremely kind and helpful (from looking up and printing out information about local hikes for us, to sending us by courier a phone charger that we left in the room by mistake), and the location---very close to Monte Grappa---is perfect if you plan to do some hiking."

"This whole region of Italy was incredible to us. Everyone was so nice and there was so much to do. Roberta and her family started with a tour of the property and then they connected us with a number of excellent things to do nearby including wine, beer, pizza, hikes and an adventure to remember for a lifetime. I hope one day to be back to this region. The children cooled off in the pool and lost to their parents in foosball multiple times. We saw Marmolada and Pedavena. We saw Grotta Azzurra...
