"The location is Excellent. The cleanliness is so poor. The hotel is outdated. This is not a 4 Star hotel. I would rate this as 3."

"The hotel was well maintained but nearly all the staff were sullen with poor body language. The breakfasts were good but regularly ran out of food if you went down around 9-30. We had our carrier bag which was full snacks taken from our room. This was a first for us we hoped that it was by mistake and would turn up this did not happen. "I went on my first ever solo trip and this hostel was accommodating to boot. The staff were friendly and helpful by all manners. I inquired about traditional Hungarian food and they were immediately telling me of places to go! This was an amazing place to stay and I highly recommend"
