"The property and room was excellent. We liked the location and how quiet it was. The room was spacious, clean and tidied. Management could have told me that the Nuki pad to entee the room wasn't working. I had to call to get a different instruction to access the room."

The place was properly set up with everything you'd need, including towels, coffee, a safe, and plenty of storage and organization options to unpack. "If you want to really enjoy the Latin Quarter of Paris this is a nice property. The location is great. The courtyard makes you feel safe. Key sites of Paris are in easy walking distance. The host communicates immediately. The property is advertised for 5 or 6 people, in fact it is best suited for 4. (The “extra bed” is a blowup mattress and not the best.) "We loved being so close to everything, yet just barely enough removed from where all the traffic was ~ 1/2 block away. It is a wonderful location and very quiet. The terrace made the space seem even bigger, too. When it wasn’t raining, we got to enjoy the outdoor space. "We loved most everything -- especially the location -- and we lacked for nothing in the apartment. Plus, the staff were excellent. The 2 big issues were 1) We weren't made aware, by the listing, that one has to walk up/down about 70 (old and creaky) steps every time one wants to go into town, or get a baguette, or find a place to eat (ie at least 3 or 4 times a day). And 2) The bed was far too small for someone 6 feet tall, and the board at the head was brutally hard."

There also is no natural light as it’s an interior apartment. For two it’s plenty of space. I would not stay here again as a family of four."

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."
