🥨 Just 15 km from Haguenau, we invite you to stay in our 320 m² family home with a swimming pool, nestled in a haven of greenery and tranquillity. It’s the perfect place for a stay with family, friends or colleagues – whether for a weekend, holiday or remote work.
⛔ Parties, birthdays, stag and hen dos, and similar events are strictly prohibited.
Our home is not suitable for hosting events that may disturb our neighbours.
🏠 The house includes:
On the ground floor:
🛋️ An open-plan living area with a lounge and dining space – ideal for sharing meals by the fireplace (operational only in winter) or enjoying a game of pool.
🍽️ A retro-style 60’s kitchen (complete with crockery and cutlery, hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine), with a cosy stammtisch corner, perfect for breakfast.
🌞 You can enjoy your meals indoors or outside on the terrace during good weather.
🚿 A bathroom with a bath, shower, and sink.
🚽 A separate toilet.
🛏️ A first bedroom with a double bed, desk, and a wash area (sink and bidet).
🛏️ A second bedroom with two single beds.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of:
🛏️ A third bedroom with a double bed.
🛏️ A fourth bedroom with a double bed, desk, and sink.
🛏️ A fifth bedroom with a double bed, desk, and sink.
🛏️ A sixth bedroom with two single beds and a sink.
🚿 A bathroom with a bath, shower, sink, and toilet.
⚽🧺 A laundry area (ironing board and iron) and a foosball table are also located on the landing.
👙☀️ In the summer, enjoy the pool (open from 15 May to 15 October), a quick tennis court, a ping-pong table and a stone barbecue.
⛄❄️ In winter, take advantage of the pool table and foosball, share hearty meals at the stammtisch and warm up by the fire 🔥🔥🔥
🅿️ Parking is available within the property.
🌡️ From September to April (inclusive), heating is billed separately based on actual consumption.
📈 A meter reading is taken on arrival and departure in the presence of the host.
🏡 The entire house will be yours. To ensure you have the best possible stay:
🧹 Cleaning will be done before your arrival.
🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets.
🧼 Clean towels, a bath mat for each bathroom, and a tea towel for the kitchen will be provided.
📶 Free WIFI is available.
🔑 Key handover:
A concierge will welcome you on arrival, hand over the keys and assist with check-in. Please note:
Arrivals between 8 pm and 11 pm incur a €20 surcharge
Arrivals after 11 pm incur a €40 surcharge
Advance notice is required, and the fee is payable directly to the concierge upon arrival.
House rules:
🕑 Please respect the neighbours during your stay. They live in the village year-round, so discretion is expected when coming and going in the evening, at night and early in the morning. Everyone has different schedules – early birds, night owls, and people who need to work – so please be considerate. We reserve the right to terminate your stay early and without refund in case of rule violations.
🚭 The house is non-smoking. Smoking, vaping, shisha or any smoking devices are strictly forbidden indoors.
🚭 Smoking indoors will result in a €250 additional cleaning fee.
🚬 Smoking is allowed outside, using the ashtrays provided.
🧹 Bed linen, towels and standard end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. This includes linen change, general cleaning of the home and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to wash and put away dishes, clean the barbecue and fireplace, take out the rubbish, remove used bed linen, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machines, and tidy up inside the house.
If you do not wish to do this, you may book a “full cleaning” option in advance for €120.
If this is not pre-booked and the instructions are not followed, a €240 cleaning fee will apply.
📝 A digital contract and ID will be requested via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as guest information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of those staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
