"Weekend agréable dans et hébergement conforme à sa description à l'exception de la proximité des voisins.Il semblerait que l'hébergement fasse partie d'une seule maison.Seules des portes intérieures fermées bien évidemment séparent les 2 hébergements.Nos voisins étaient discrets et nous aussi nous l'espérons pour eux mais cela peut ne pas convenir à tous.Le parking dans une cour fermée est appréciable si vous arrivez par la route.Nombreuses petites attentions à notre arrivée : café, gourmandises...

" "Nous étions 6 personnes ( 3 couples ) et nous avons apprécié ce logement pour : 1) sa situation en plein centre ville à proximité des diverses commodités et en particulier des thermes ; 2) les espaces de vie tant intérieur qu'exterieur ( petit jardin aménagé et équipé pour le bbq ) en particulier dans cette période de beau temps que nous avons connu. Par contre l’équipement nous a semblé insuffisant ( tel un fer à repasser et sa table , ou encore le nombre d’assiettes et de couverts)...

"De toute ma vie je n'ai jamais vu un appartement aussi sale, vétuste, dangereux (cuisinière électrique branchée sur une rallonge) ménage non fait, aucun confort, j'ai dû demander un balai, une pelle et une brosse et une serpillère. Le sol collait aux pieds à notre arrivée, je l'ai lavé et l'eau de mon seau était noire, pas marron, NOIRE. La chambre était refaite mais des plaques pendaient du plafond. Comment peut on louer un bien comme celui-ci ! Il va être rénové, mais alors ON NE LE LOUE PAS....

Le vrai plus : cuisine équipée avec quelques outils neufs (spatules), ils ont même pensés au robot pour faire des gâteaux, un soda stream, du café avec la machine, une bouilloire, plein d'assiettes de belles qualité, casseroles. Dosettes pour laver le linge et la vaisselle. L'hôte ou le responsable est très disponible et réactif, très agréable et présent. Je recommande cet appartement.
